Let's not forget about open G, that was a bitch at first (especially the G modal using all 4 fingers).

Chords high up the fretboard are also difficult, like the F major on 13th fret (E shape).

D major (open shape) was also a bitch at first. The fingers are all bunched up together.

Can we also agree that the open B7 is a bit tricky?
